The Big Sleazy
Gilbert B. Weingourt has trained his expert eye (and lenses)
on American life for more than four decades. In the 1990s
he spent six years in New Orleans, capturing the sometimes
outrageous sights of that unique town in his trademark black
and white images. This winter, Café Marco hosts Mardi
Gras, a new exhibition of Weingourt’s naughtier N’Awlins
photos. Jan. 10-Feb. 21. Free. 1051 Havenhurst Dr., WeHo.
