What: Two men by a swimming pool, two on their honeymoon, a hunky waiter and his sexy customer and a hitchhiker in need make up the vignettes from The Men I Wanted. Across the board you’ll find incredibly built, masculine men ready to pull out their fat rods for servicing, but director Lucas Kazan scores by varying the tone each time. From the hard pounding of beautiful Alexy Tyler and hairy hottie Jean Franko (handstand ass eating is something worth savoring) to a romantic lovemaking scene between muscleman Roberto Giorgio and boyish Ethan Clarke, each moment surprises and delights. Definitely check out Brazilian Lucas Andrades with gorgeous Glenn Santoro, where the connection is so intense you’d think they’ve wanted to screw each other for a very long time.

It’s important to acknowledge that hot European porn stars are a dime a dozen and Kazan often utilizes models you see in other releases. But in Kazan’s movies these men feel so much more exciting, like they belong to another world and, when we’re very lucky, we’re allowed to gaze upon their sexy glory.

Two Exciting Rereleases

BILLBOARD (Catalina)

What: With last summer’s acquisition of Catalina Video, Channel 1 Releasing has remastered and rereleased several of the studio’s biggest hits. Billboard, from 1989, stars legendary Joey Stefano in his first Catalina movie and marks Chi Chi LaRue’s directorial debut for the company. In Billboard, Stefano plays a starving artist who becomes inspired when Vic Summers magically emerges from one of his paintings.

The story is silly, but the performances are incredible. Stefano is dirty, covered in sweat, spit and spunk and with only one goal in mind—getting off. He is sensual beyond belief, kissing and feeling his scene partners with such gusto that, nearly 14 years after his death, you can still dream of running into him and having a dangerously mad affair. It’s no wonder Stefano is considered a superstar.

While I have no idea what condition the original video footage was in, the remastering of Billboard isn’t fantastic; audio is tinny and the image looks slightly faded, like the movie was copied over from a VHS tape onto DVD. But seeing Stefano in action again is the real treat, and I can only hope it means more rereleases in the future.

BOYNAPPED (Bound & Gagged)

What: Bound & Gagged, the now defunct fetish magazine, released a series of bondage videos that varied in quality and excitement. Boynapped from 2001 is one of their better DVDs because it follows the adventures of a first-time sub (super cute Bryan Manfield) who gets kidnapped by dirty daddy Matt Sizemore for a weekend of fun.

The reason Boynapped shines is the way director Bob Wingate eases us into the story. We start with instant messaging between Manfield and Sizemore, and immediately learn that the bottom is willing, the top has made proper assurances, and everything is safe (all chief concerns for anyone fantasizing about BDSM). Before the actual abduction, Sizemore lets handsome Sam Dixon service his rod while a mummified man watches. The session is supremely sexy, and first time bondage viewers will definitely be turned on without feeling like they’re being pushed too far too fast. From there Manfield is kidnapped and the action slowly escalates. We see spanking, role play, nipple play, bondage, a surprising bit of tenderness and numerous other fetishes explored. But because it’s all happened so gradually and in such a realistic manner, we easily go along for the ride. Boynapped isn’t just a hot video, it’s a hot slice of reality worth tasting.
